CrossFit is a program developed to offer a full-body workout that combines elements of cardio, weight lifting, gymnastics, core training and more to prepare the body for the unexpected.
CrossFit Diaz offers a warm, friendly and fun way to become all that you can be. To become stronger, faster and better looking is our goal!
This high-intensity workout is extremely varied and all about getting the most bang for your workout buck. A CrossFitter will never do the same routine twice in one week and each workout will usually last between 45 minutes to an hour.
You can either book a 1 on 1 class with our certified CrossFit coach for personal training or join in for one of our class sessions which promises to be the most fun you have EVER had in a workout.
