Hi-Engen is one of the service providers for Electricity where we can make purchases. I have been using their service for 4 years now until last Sartuday when I purchase Elect for R100. Their servise is that you sms the pin n. and it will be credited to your units, however on Sun morning when i sms'd the n.s 1. the report came back saying I must not sms again my request will be processed, 2. another sms came in saying the is a problem with the servise provide and as sonn as the problem is resolved my request will be processed.
I waited the whole day on Sun nothing came,Mon as well as Tue. On Wed. I went to station after work and I was told I must comet he following day when Management is there and they will check with the Munucpality if the pin was used. In the mean time at work Ekurhuleni has sent me a list saying nothing was showing a credit of R100 on Sart on Sun.I printed it and sent me my son and he was told it must be the Network, then my husband went in during the day- he was told the same thing. My son went again in the afternoon and now he was told someone older mst come and when I got there Man. wasn't there. Now it's almost a week&my electricity has not been credited
