Intertel is a private investigation company based in Durban, but undertakes investigations throughout KZN, from the South Coast to the North Coast and inland to the Midlands.
Intertel's Durban office concentrates primarily on surveillance and the bulk of their assignments are related to the investigation of insurance fraud (both medical insurance and short-term insurance) and domestic investigations related to questions of infidelity or distrust.
Intertel's first office was also located in KZN, Pinetown, so the Durban office hold a special place for the Intertel Group and remained, until recently, the site of Intertel's well known live support team that were responsible for handling customer support for all Intertel's customers worldwide.
