We specialise in SAFe implementations of large-scale programmes, where we go beyond the Agile team to enable adoption for the whole organisation. Kaizania has 6 experienced coaches who have led numerous business and SAFe transformations . We are proud partners of the SAFe Institute and since 2017 we have launched 9 Agile Release Trains, ranging from 35 to 150 people, for companies such as BMW, Absa, Vodacom and Old Mutual.
