Delivery:
For Fabric & Leather couches, we take up to 1 week to manufacture and deliver the couches in Gauteng. Customers from the rest of the serviced cities, we take up to 2 weeks to manufacture & deliver the furniture. For Genuine Leather Sofas, we take up to 4 weeks to manufacture and deliver the furniture to all cities.

• Most of our furniture is made of natural materials, which will have natural differences and the occasional minor blemish.

Guarantee:
1. 24 months Manufacturer’s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 12 months warranty.
2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.

2. Since the products renovate continuously, there allows a difference between the pictures with the real products on color and dimension, please refer to the real ones.
Brand New couches also available in-store for immediate delivery or next day delivery.
Production time is 3 to 7 days on time of order & quotation approval.
Custom Furniture is custom hand made to order allow at least 14 days for delivery of this item i.e. colour, materials & designs etc.
