MAID4U recruits unemployed woman who posses the discipline and dedication to work within a private households as a Domestic Worker /Helper Housekeeper, Nanny , Child Minder or Care Worker for the elderly.We run a thorough backround check to ensure all our employees have a clean backround and have provided us with the correct and true documentations of who they are , We train employees in Cleaning and Hygiene , Domestic Services where they do modules such as Baking , Cooking , Laundrey and Care for Garment , Waste Management , First Aid and CPR , Window and Capert Cleaning , Swimming and Driving , Personal care and Hygiene , Time Management and Work Ethics , We do placement of domestic workers and nannies per employee requirements and needs , We manage the relationship , where the employer is not satisfied we replace and where need be we send a stand by helper , Employer can select to pay through the agency so we can compile monthly pay slips and register the employee for UIF or the employer can pay the employee directly. We also assist employers who already employ home employees such as Gardners , Domestics , Home Nurses be compliant by offering them our HR and legal services where we can register for them their employees for UIF or Medical Aid or Provident Fund for home employees .Employers can send their current employees for any our training
