macro is operating like a chines store, i went to buy washing machine, before i mad a phone call, i was only told about delivery fee which was 229.00,as i was buying machine on cash, suddenly when i got there i was told to pay R450,00 for installation which i was not told abou on the phone, ok i pay the amount, again i was told to pay R500.00 to extend guarantee, which i refused,remember R450 was not on my machine budget, what about the R500, i think they must inform the customers that they got T&C, and the price we see on special is not the price we pay, or they must specifiy like EXCLUDING INSTALATION,OR EXCLUDING EXTENDED GUARANTEE,i am so disappointed abou them, such a big store is hiding their T&C.....
