Do not use Mastertech plumbing, they will come into your apartment with their equipment do a quick 2 minute infrared photo and then pretend they know where a leak is coming from. Our apartment was vacant at the time that they came in we were told to seal a bath which we did, the tenant moved in a few weeks later and the leak started again. Mastertech refused to come back and see where the leak was coming from saying it was a new leak even though the technician told me that their was a guarantee on their work. They are crooks, thieves and have no clue about plumbing because it was not the bath sealing that caused the leak.
