We booked a shuttle for 12 persons from Klaserie 10h00 to Centurion, and requested a trailer big enough for all the specified luggage. The shuttle arrived just over two hours late. The trailer was not big enough, so we had to provide our own trailer, despite the full amount already paid to Transtar. The driver's mobile phone was off all the time, so we could not reach him. The driver took the long road to Klasserie instead of the directions provided. The shuttle left Klasserie at 13h00 and arrived at 10h45pm in Centurion - our 12 guests were beyond exhausted. When it started to get dark, the lights were insufficient. Our guests asked for a stop, and showed the driver how to switch on the lights. Downhill he drove on his footbrakes at an unacceptable speed. He chose all the side roads to avoid the toll fees, thus the long drive to Centurion. The owner Suzanne referred us to talk to Gustav, who screamed and used unacceptable language, clearly frustrated and annoyed at our continued concerns. NOT a company to recommend. In fact, the 1 star is too much.
