I have always been impressed with Yuppiechef and their prompt response time, but recently I have been sadly disappointed with their service. I ordered a beautiful mother's gift for my daughter online. She is living on a farm in KZN. I gave precise instructions for the delivery to Postnet in Pietermaritzburg where she was supposed to pick it up. On the Thursday before Mother's day I received 2 parcels from Yuppiechef. I thought it was a present from her.Big was my surprise when I opened it to find it were the presents from me ...to me!!!! I called immediately but they told me they could not pick the parcels up before the next week as they were too busy (after mother's day!)At first I was accommodating. But I had to call twice to remind them to have the parcels pick upped. And by that time, I have lost my cool! Those parcels are still not delivered. I am really cheesed-off and disappointed! Not cool!
