I purchased an e-commerce solution from ImproWeb on the 30th June 2014. My website went live on the 5th September 2014. From the time the site went live, there were many issues which needed to be sorted out i.e. (missing logos, incorrect spelling, incorrect information on the site, incorrectly formatted font and sentence layout, search function not working). None of these issues were fixed and ImproWeb were debiting my account for this e-commerce site despite my objections and numerous e-mails. I finally sent them an e-mail on the 22 May 2015 telling them that I wished to cancel the website. I was told that I would be charged a 3 months cancellation fee for a website that still wasn't functioning. In the time that I interacted with Improweb most of my e-mails were largely ignored. The entire exercise was just a waste of money for me and eventually I had to go to my bank and put a stop order on the debit payment to avoid paying for a site that Improweb "refused" to fix. As of today I still haven't heard back from them. Fortunately I have all my correspondence with them saved.
