Have purchased damaged faulty goods at this store and had to fight to get it replaced and then we are told "we are lucky".... There was a hairline crack in the toilet pan and it is CLEARLY manufactuer fault and has not been damaged by us. We spent thousands of rands at this store!!! BEWARE - before you buy here ensure item not damaged as they ask you to sign on your slip where it says you inspected the goods and if you miss a crack its your problem.
