Do not use this service. The owner demanded payment by direct deposit into their bank account (which makes disputes or recovery very difficult). Then when the sitter assigned did not perform well, she was very defensive, shouted at me, talked over me on the phone and demanded payment of the balance of a contract I had not agreed to. She toted up the hours to suit herself and demanded supplemental payment to get replacement service. Rude, not customer-friendly. arrogant, petty.
