I wish I had gone with my gut and believed the bad reviews. Firstly when I purchased the product I received someone else’s plan which wasnt very far off from mine. I think its a scam asking for someone to pay so much money when everyone's plan is only a few grams here and there different - I dont see how you can justify the cost if this is the case and you still need to pay for the blood work over and above. It has been 2 months now and still waiting for my supplements to be delivered and I keep getting told that they on the production line, constant excuses - what a joke you should advise your clients upfront that you dont have products before they order that items are out of stock. Lara is kind and does respond to your questions but is refusing to refund me for the supplements. I have only lost 5kg in these 2 months Lara told me I deviate too much, I have been advised that this plan is not sustainable by a dr as you cannot live on this food plan forever and when you do start eating normally again you will gain weight causing a yo-yo effect. I feel sick that I spent so much money on a plan that has done nothing for my I have cut out sugar and carbs complete that alone should have made a difference to my weight no matter if I deviated a little with milk here and there – the point is I changed by eating habits and that should have had an affect on me but it hasn’t at least not what the websites states. Lara even said I was being rude cause, just for stating the above facts and that I should have listened to the bad reviews – I WOULD RATHER BE RUDE THAN DO PEOPLE IN!!
