on the 05 June 2015, I received appalling service from this branch. The after sales manager who attended was rude, arrogant and intimidated me as a customer in front of other customers and staff, banging and screaming, all because I complained about not being satisfied with the service. For a moment I honestly though this man would assault me. Wayne Du Plesis then told me never to bring my vehicle to the branch again. Such behaviour is very shocking and I am still very traumatised by the whole incident. This branch clearly has no idea what customer service is all about and I seriously doubt that Wayne Duplesis has been trained adequately for his position as he has dismally failed all the rules of engagement. I would never recommend this place to anyone however because the alternative Chevrolet dealership is 60 km away many others maybe forced to make use of their services and be involuntarily be exposed to such service. This manager was neither remorseful nor showed any compassion or acknowledgement to his unprofessional behaviour and I wonder how many others members of the public have been affected. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!
