Still waiting for any response from company. I phoned them today, spoke to Kalcan who says the owner overseas still (been there over a month already) he has emailed owner twice and no response...the owner/manage is the ONLY person who is able to decide whether or not the company will uphold its guarantees on mattress and either exchange this dud mattress or refund our cash. Big help...Kalcan will email owner again (3rd time) and send us his copy of email asking owner to reply????? WTF?
