I have purchased a voucher and wanted to redeem it 3 !!! months before its expiry date. Liebencharm refused to accept. Explanation: because they are fully booked! This is a policy which is highly unprofessional and unfair and i strongly recommend to be very careful!!! Very disappointed!!!!!
